Born and raised in Lombard, Illinois, Roseann comes from a large family of eight siblings. Over the years, Sunday dinners have remained a cherished tradition—once just a family gathering, they now bring together more than 50 people as the family continues to grow.
With more than 42 years of experience in customer service, including 18 years in healthcare management, Roseann brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and professionalism to the team. She is married with two adult children and shares her home with a loyal German Shepherd named Gordie.
On weekends, she enjoys spending time with friends playing games, tending to her garden, taking long walks, and watching movies with her husband. If you know her well, you know her all-time favorite movies are Hallmark films—especially at Christmas time.
